1. Terms of Service & Clickwrap Agreement
By clicking "I Agree & Get Started" on the homepage, you enter into a legally binding agreement to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to all conditions, you must immediately cease using Omlette.
- Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age (or legal adulthood in your jurisdiction) to access this service.
- Intermediary Status: Omlette acts strictly as a neutral technology intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not generate, monitor, or control peer-to-peer user transmissions in real-time.
2. Community Guidelines & Zero Tolerance Policy
STRICT BAN POLICY: Engaging in explicit adult behavior, broadcasting nudity, harassment, or illegal content will result in immediate termination of access and permanent IP blocking.
Prohibited activities on Omlette include, but are not limited to:
- Displaying sexual, explicit, or pornographic content.
- Harassment, threats, racism, hate speech, or offensive language.
- Attempting to scam, impersonate others, or transmit malware.
- Capturing, recording, or publishing video streams of other users without consent.
3. Privacy Policy & Data Collection
Omlette prioritizes user anonymity and privacy:
- Peer-to-Peer Transmission: Audio and video streams are established directly between users. Video feeds are not stored on our servers.
- No Mandatory Accounts: We do not require registration or personal identity details to access basic features.
- Log Data: Standard server connection logs (IP addresses, connection timestamps) may be retained temporarily solely for security, network diagnostics, and spam prevention.
